Incredibly soft and fluffy dinner rolls made with yogurt and honey for extra tenderness. Packed with mixed seeds for a nutty crunch, these buns are perfect for a tasty snack or a lightly sweet breakfast.

Instructions

In the bowl of your stand-mixer, fitted with the hook attachment, knead all the ingredients for about 8 minutes.

2.

Transfer into and oiled bowl, cover, and proof in a warm place until doubled.

3.

Knead the dough a little and divide it into 18 equal pieces.

4.

Form the pieces of dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment; cover and let rise until doubled.

5.

Bake at 200 °C (or 180 °C fan) for 12–15 minutes then place on a wire rack to cool.
